Ev33 Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

1 General Terms

Ev33 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the ev33 website and all its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at ev33, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Accounts opened in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Opening multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Ev33 may request identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

Ev33 accounts are strictly personal. Sharing your account with anyone else or transferring account ownership is completely prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in permanent account closure.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Deposits at ev33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though in some cases it may take 5–15 minutes.

• Deposits must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted and will be returned.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Ev33 reserves the right to request additional verification for any unusual transactions.

Ev33 does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges in accordance with their policies. ev33 is not responsible for such charges.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ev33 bonus and promotional offers are provided as special benefits for members. However, each bonus is subject to specific terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being voided.

• To receive the welcome bonus, your first deposit must meet the specified minimum amount.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirement has been met after receiving a bonus.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• Every promotional offer has a set validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Ev33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on ev33 are powered by a fair and auditable RNG (Random Number Generator). Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. Independent auditing bodies regularly verify the integrity of these results.

• Each game has its own rules, which are outlined within the game itself.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, ev33 reserves the right to refund the wager amount.
• Bets placed in Sports Betting before odds change will be honoured.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev33 platform. Violating these Terms and Conditions may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information in order to claim bonuses.
• Allowing others to use your account or selling your account.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or any automated means.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Harassing other members or attempting to manipulate them through dishonest means.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Ev33 may suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Members who wish to close their own account at any time may do so by contacting the support team.

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• False information is found during KYC verification.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• If the member submits a self-exclusion request.

Prior to closing an account, ev33 will make reasonable efforts to return any verified balance — however, this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Ev33 treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. All information is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity measures. Personal data is never shared with third parties, except where required by law.

• Information provided at registration is used solely for account management purposes.
